Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Occupational Therapy License in State of Practice
- Active Certification from the NBCOT
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
