Job Summary
Occupational Therapist OT needed to join Concordia Visiting Nurses in the Burgettstown/Canonsburg, PA area. You will evaluate and assess patient needs, create personalized treatment plans to improve motor functions, cognitive abilities, and daily activities; use evidence-based methods and therapeutic tools; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team; educate patients and families to continue improving at home; monitor progress and adjust plans. Flexible scheduling with autonomous practice, mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package (health/dental/vision, 403(b) with employer match, PTO, holidays). Requires degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program and a PA OT license or ability to obtain one prior to starting.
