Job Summary
Evaluate pediatric and adult patients in their homes, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy visits while monitoring progress. Supervise assigned COTAs, review documentation, and communicate with the care team regarding patient needs. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation using your own device and reliable internet. Maintain an active, unrestricted Texas Occupational Therapist license with at least one year of experience, BLS/CPR certification, and a valid driver's license. Earn $65–$70 per visit plus $5 per COTA visit on a PRN schedule with weekly pay. Serve patients within a 30-mile radius of Hereford, TX in a faith-based, supportive environment offering ongoing training and employee recognition.
Required Qualifications
