Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) needed to provide one-on-one in-home and senior living care for older adults in Milford, PA, delivering evaluations, individualized plans of care, and evidence-based treatment. Role includes treating patients in private residences and senior living communities, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team, educating patients and caregivers, and documenting in FOX’s EMR. Telehealth/virtual care options may be used to expand access and flexibility. Opportunities include in-home and senior living settings, ability to create and manage your own treatment schedule, and a clinician-driven culture with growth and mentorship options.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapy license
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current CPR certification
- Physical requirements to perform in-home/community-based care
