Job Summary
Occupational Therapist position split between Medford (2 days per week, 8-5, Tuesday and Thursday) and Wausau at the Westwood facility (3 days per week, 7-4, Monday, Wednesday, Friday) in Wisconsin. Responsibilities include performing initial evaluation, daily treatments, progress visits, and discharge visits for patients in 45-minute one-on-one sessions, and communicating with physicians and care team as part of a comprehensive care plan. Mentoring is available, and onboarding will be thorough to help you feel comfortable treating patients. The role emphasizes teamwork and collaboration with surgeons and a broader orthopedic/therapy team.
Required Qualifications
- Current Wisconsin Occupational Therapist Licensure or the ability to apply
