Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) needed to provide rehabilitation services to adult and geriatric patients in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting. Responsibilities include performing OT evaluations, developing and implementing individualized care plans, treating for functional outcomes related to ADLs, cognition, strength, and ROM, supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants, managing patient schedules, documenting for quality care and reimbursement, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support positive outcomes and discharge planning. Licensure in the applicable state required or eligible; experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehab preferred. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
