Occupational Therapist

Occupational Therapist needed for outpatient therapy in Rochester, MN. Evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, and functional challenges to improve independence and quality of life. Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, provide evidence-based interventions to improve function, train patients in adaptive techniques and equipment use, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers on treatment recommendations and home programs, maintain timely documentation, and contribute to a positive clinical culture within an established outpatient setting. Requires an accredited OT program graduation and Minnesota OT licensure eligibility; strong communication skills and a commitment to quality patient care.
