Job Summary
Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans to improve independence with activities of daily living, upper extremity function, cognition, coordination, and functional mobility. Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications, educate patients and caregivers on treatment techniques and home programs, and collaborate with physicians to coordinate care. Complete timely, accurate documentation while supporting the development of a patient-focused outpatient therapy program. Join a new clinic opening October 2026 in Mitchell, SD, where you will help shape workflows and patient experience from day one.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in South Dakota
