Job Summary
Occupational Therapist needed for school-based services in Northwest Arkansas. Provide direct and consultative OT services within the school environment, evaluate students with developmental, neurological, orthopedic, sensory, and physical challenges, develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals, participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP development, recommend adaptive equipment and classroom strategies, and maintain compliant documentation. Collaboration with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families to support student participation and independence in the educational setting. Flexible full-time and part-time opportunities with a focus on functional skills that support learning.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Arkansas Occupational Therapy license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in school-based therapy preferred but not required
