Job Summary
Occupational Therapist PRN position in a Skilled Nursing Facility Rehab team. Responsible for evaluating and treating residents with physical, cognitive, and functional limitations; developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve daily living skills and independence; collaborating with an interdisciplinary team; maintaining accurate documentation; and educating residents, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and home programs. Requires OT degree and active state OT license; 1 year of experience preferred. Strong communication and documentation skills; compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current state Occupational Therapist license
