Job Summary
Evaluate and treat physician-referred patients aged 13 and older using appropriate assessment tools, AMHC database, and Clinicians View systems. Formulate treatment plans and goals with the interdisciplinary team, provide patient education, and document progress in medical records. Lead group sessions, mentor staff and students, and maintain compliance with licensure and Code 10 training requirements. Collaborate across departments to share unit knowledge and support the hospital's status as one of Maryland's healthiest businesses.
Required Qualifications
- Occupational Therapy degree
- Maryland Licensure as Occupational Therapist
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience preferred
- Experience with mental health preferred
