Job Summary
Conduct assessments, therapy planning, and hands-on intervention for NDIS participants with developmental delays, ASD, and sensory challenges. Deliver clinic-based sessions and community visits across Melbourne's western and north-western suburbs. Collaborate with speech pathologists, behaviour support practitioners, and allied health assistants to support infants, children, adolescents, adults, and seniors on functional independence goals. Requires Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, current AHPRA registration, and 1–2 years' post-graduate clinical experience. Full-time or part-time engagement with a salary of $80,000 – $115,000 + super.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 1–2 years' post-graduate clinical experience preferred (new graduates with strong placement experience will be considered)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children Check
- Current Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle (essential for community visits)
- Full Australian working rights
