Job Summary
Assess and evaluate patient functional status, activities of daily living, and occupational therapy needs related to medical conditions, including home assessments and adaptive equipment. Consult with physicians to develop therapy plans of care and observe patient responses to treatment while reporting changes to the nurse supervisor. Conduct diagnostic and prognostic functional ability tests to determine levels of function, ensuring all documentation meets CMS requirements. Requires current Occupational Therapy licensure, CPR certification, and a dependable vehicle. Full-time employment with an annual salary range of $75,998 to $113,997.
Required Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation
- Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client
- Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment
