Job Summary
Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, and home assessments. Conduct diagnostic and prognostic functional ability tests to determine levels of function. Develop therapy plans of care in coordination with physicians and report patient responses and condition changes to the nurse supervisor. Provide services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws using evidence-based techniques. Requires current Occupational Therapy licensure, CPR certification, and a dependable vehicle. Full-time employment with an annual salary range of $75,998 - $113,997.
Required Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation
- Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client
- Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment
