Job Summary
Conduct patient assessments to determine individual needs and goals, then develop personalized treatment plans to improve daily living and working skills. Provide therapeutic exercises to enhance motor skills and coordinate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care. Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment while managing outpatient settings, home health services, and acute care environments. Requires outpatient experience, anatomy knowledge, and ADL expertise. Flexible work hours allow you to create your own schedule.
