Job Summary
Provide patient care and related activities as directed by the Staff Therapist, adhering to established medical practices, governmental requirements, and company policies. Treat patients with kindness, dignity, and respect, ensuring their personal and property rights are protected, including knocking before entering rooms. Model a positive professional image while promoting teamwork by sharing information useful to achieving desired results. Comply with all departmental procedures and travel or float between facilities as determined by supervisor and patient needs. Requires current registration/licensure as an Occupational Therapist Assistant and graduation from an accredited program.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Assistant Program
- Successful completion of certificate/state licensure process for Physical or Occupational Therapy Assistants
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have current registration/licensure as Occupational Therapist Assistant
