Job Summary
Conduct pre-employment screenings, provide body mechanics training, and perform ergonomic assessments to implement on-site prevention programs. Promote health initiatives, collaborate with HR and safety teams, and track program outcomes while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Develop wellness and work simulation programs to deliver exceptional injury prevention services. This full-time role (40 hours/week) requires a Certified Athletic Trainer, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapist Assistant. Required Qualifications
- Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC, MAT, LAT), Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapist Assistant
- Strong interest in preventative care and rehabilitation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
