Job Summary
Occupational Therapy Assistant role providing occupational therapy treatments for patients with injuries or musculoskeletal conditions, restoring function, relieving pain, and preventing debility. Emphasizes collaboration with other therapists, adherence to state practice act, documentation for discharges and time capture, and maintaining high care quality and patient/physician satisfaction. Requires Indiana OTA license or ability to obtain, associates degree or higher in OTA, CPR/AED/BLS certification or ability to obtain, and full-time US work eligibility. Required Qualifications
- Indiana Occupational Therapy Assistant License or ability to obtain Indiana Occupational Therapy Assistant License
- Associate's or higher degree as an Occupational Therapist Assistant
- Provide a CPR/AED/BLS (basic life support) certification or have the ability to obtain it prior to start of employment; maintain and provide proof of current certification(s)
- Eligibility to Work: authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring sponsorship for an employment visa (e.g., H-1B, OPT)
