Occupational Therapist Assistant - PRN

Deliver on-site prevention programs including work simulations and job coaching. Conduct ergonomic assessments and implement tailored wellness initiatives for the workforce. Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management to support employee health while tracking and reporting program metrics. Provide early intervention services and maintain professional attire with site-specific PPE. Requires active Pennsylvania licensure as an Athletic Trainer, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapist Assistant. This PRN role offers flexible, intermittent coverage Monday through Friday between 4:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. in York, Pennsylvania.
