Job Summary
Provide occupational therapy modalities and treatment procedures under direct supervision of an occupational therapist, adhering to established treatment plans. Manage patient care for individuals treated by rehabilitation technicians, students, and observers while offering orientation and ongoing guidance to assigned staff. Maintain current COTA licensure in Georgia and BCLS certification. This role is part-time, PRN, and based at Piedmont Macon Medical.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree from an approved Occupational Therapist Assistant Program
- COTA - Occupational Therapy Assistant – Certified
- Current licensure in the State of Georgia or current compact privileges in Georgia
- BCLS - Basic Life Support BLS certification through AHA
