Job Summary
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant provides rehabilitative services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist in a 176-bed skilled nursing facility in Littleton, CO. Assists patients with exercises to improve strength, balance, and mobility; observes and documents progress; educates patients and families on proper techniques for exercises and equipment use; coordinates with healthcare professionals to ensure safe, effective patient care; adheres to healthcare and safety standards; participates in ongoing training to enhance knowledge and skills. The role requires a state-licensed COTA with an Associate’s degree and at least 1 year of experience, and offers a competitive hourly wage published at $33-$35 per hour with bi-weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
