Job Summary
Treats patients under the supervision of an occupational therapist; documents treatments in medical records; participates in patient care conferences and weekly rehabilitation meetings; communicates progress and plans with supervising therapist, rehab director, and interdisciplinary team; participates in facility in-service training; records daily treatments and labor according to corporate procedure and state OT rules; requires graduation from an OT Assistant program and current state license; strong communication skills and ability to relate to patients, families, and staff; benefits include competitive pay, 401k match, health insurance, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and CEU opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current license in practicing state
