Job Summary
Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) at Pivot Rehabilitation in Port Arthur, TX. Essential functions include treating patients under the supervision of an occupational therapist, recording treatments in the medical record, participating in patient care conferences and weekly rehabilitation meetings, communicating with supervising therapists and the interdisciplinary team regarding patient progress and plans, participating in facility in-service trainings, and documenting daily treatments in accordance with corporate procedures and state OT rules. Requirements: graduate from an accredited OTA program and a current license in the practicing state; strong communication skills and ability to relate professionally to patients, families, and staff. Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
