Job Summary
Implement Care Plans by executing the patient care plan developed by the Occupational Therapist, ensuring adherence to established protocols. Advance Patient Progress by facilitating patient advancement through their treatment plan, making adjustments as directed by the PT to optimize outcomes. Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team by working closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate and enhance patient care, ensuring the achievement of individual goals. This role supports a wide range of services in a strategic SNF setting with a large team offering competitive pay, travel opportunities, and flexible work schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program
- Active COTA license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 1 year in the field in a related role
- Compliance with Key Rehab's Code of Ethical Conduct
- Adherence to all relevant state and federal regulations
