Job Summary
Implement the OT's care plan, advance patient progress as directed, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve their goals. Adhere to Key Rehab's Code of Ethical Conduct and all relevant state and federal regulations. Manage tasks efficiently while addressing challenges with effective solutions within a supportive, collaborative setting. This role offers a Program Coordinator capacity in a SNF setting with flexible work schedules, competitive pay including a $3,000 sign-on bonus, and opportunities for travel and advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program
- Active COTA license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 1 year in the field in a related role
- Compliance with Key Rehab's Code of Ethical Conduct
- Compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations
