Job Summary
Occupational Therapist Assistant role with NEXT Therapy Solutions; provide therapy services to patients with general, upper extremity, and neurologic conditions to improve activities of daily living. Join a collaborative team focused on creative, compassionate care and delivering outcomes. Candidate should be outgoing and personable with strong communication, be self-directed, hold Medicare documentation/billing knowledge, be a graduate of an ACOTA-accredited OT program, possess state licensure and BLS, and have at least 2 years of professional experience; modality certification preferred. Locations include Tallahassee, FL (on-site); company operates in Florida and Kentucky.
Required Qualifications
- MUST HAVES: Be Outgoing, Personable and Confident
- Exceptional Communication Skills and Coachability
- Self Directed and Comfortable working Independently
- Working knowledge of Medicare documentation and billing/coding practices
- Graduate of an ACOTA Accredited occupational therapy program
- A minimum of 2 years professional experience; Modaility Certification preferred
- State Licensure
- Basic Life Support Certification via the American Heart Association
