Job Summary
Provide patient care and related activities as directed by the Staff Therapist, adhering to established medical practices, governmental requirements, and company policies. Treat patients with kindness, dignity, and respect while ensuring their rights are protected, including knocking before entering rooms. Model a positive professional image, promote teamwork by sharing information, and comply with all departmental procedures. Assist co-workers to achieve desired results and demonstrate commitment to ethical behavior. Travel or float between facilities as determined by supervisor and patient needs. Maintain current registration/licensure as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Assistant Program
- Successful completion of certificate/state licensure process for Physical or Occupational Therapy Assistants
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must have current registration/licensure as Occupational Therapist Assistant
