Job Summary
Provide in-home occupational therapy services to clients ages 0-3 with Early Intervention, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and conducting assessments. Collaborate with supervisor/mentors for comprehensive client care, tailor therapy sessions using specialized knowledge, and engage in case management and documentation to ensure continuity of care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid degree for COTA
- Valid license to practice as a COTA in CA
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively independently
- Prior experience in pediatrics a plus (including fieldwork placements)
