Job Summary
Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the plan of care and implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional independence in an assisted living community. Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team while maintaining accurate, timely documentation. Provide any necessary treatment equipment or devices as needed. Required Qualifications
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active Florida COTA license
