Job Summary
Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) providing home health therapy under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Responsibilities include delivering therapy services planned and supervised by the OT, assisting with implementing vocational/education programs, designing/adapting equipment and environments, delivering instructional, family-centered home programs, and contributing to care coordination and discharge planning. The role involves documentation of patient progress, preparing reports, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support rehabilitation, strength, coordination, and functional independence for patients in their homes.
Required Qualifications
- Current OTA licensure
- Current CPR certification
