Job Summary
Provide therapy services planned and supervised by a qualified Occupational Therapist to help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence in their homes. Design and adapt equipment or living environments, fabricate devices to improve function, and instruct patients and families on home programs and adaptive equipment use. Deliver therapeutic treatment and instruction to improve strength, coordination, and range of motion as directed by physician orders. Report observations to clinical supervisors, document patient records, and assist with progress reports and discharge planning. Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members and design community reintegration activities to support psychological adjustment. Requires current OTA licensure, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license. Pay ranges from $41.00 to $57.00 per visit/unit, with an annual range of $64,000 to $87,500.
Required Qualifications

- Reliable transportation
- TB screening
- Maintain personal vehicle liability insurance in accordance with residing state minimum required limits, or $25,000 bodily injury per person/$25,000 bodily injury per event /$10,000 for property damage or whichever is higher
