Requires graduation from an accredited Assistant Program and current licensure/registration as an Occupational Therapist Assistant. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Maintains professional behavior aligned with the organization's mission and values, treats residents with dignity and respect, and collaborates with co-workers to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Assistant Program
- Successful completion of certificate/state licensure process for Physical or Occupational Therapy Assistants
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have current registration/licensure as Occupational Therapist Assistant
