Occupational Therapist Assistant - Full Time

Deliver therapy services planned and supervised by the qualified Occupational Therapist to help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence in their homes. Assist in implementing vocational and education programs to restore task performance and promote self-sufficiency while designing and adapting equipment or living environments. Provide therapeutic treatment and instruction to improve strength, coordination, and function as directed by the physician, and report observations to the clinical supervisor for documentation. Instruct patients and family members on home programs and adaptive equipment use, and participate in care coordination and discharge planning activities with the interdisciplinary team. Requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
