Job Summary
Provide therapy services planned and supervised by a qualified Occupational Therapist to help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence. Assist in implementing vocational and education programs designed to restore task performance and promote self-sufficiency. Design, adapt equipment, and facilitate community reintegration activities while documenting observations in accordance with physician orders. Participate in care coordination and discharge planning to support whole-person well-being. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum six months occupational therapist assistant experience
- Home Health experience
