Occupational Therapist- Assistant

Provide occupational therapy treatment, instruction, and related services to patients per the supervising Occupational Therapist’s Plan of Care and applicable state and payor regulations. Perform patient treatment and follow the established plan of care, report outcomes to the supervising OT, maintain documentation (progress notes, home exercise instructions, and other entries), document supervising OT per patient requirements, and escalate necessary program modifications to the OT. Assist with routine clinic maintenance, support operations for equipment and supplies, comply with the Comprehensive Compliance Plan and all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations, and execute other duties as assigned.
