Follow treatment plans designed by licensed Occupational Therapists to provide therapy services that improve patients' physical function and mobility. Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, functional training, and modalities to promote recovery and achieve therapy goals. Monitor and document patient progress, providing feedback to supervising therapists for treatment adjustments, while educating patients and caregivers on exercises and safety techniques. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with clinic policies and ensure a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care.
