Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one therapy with patients in their homes to empower them to live safely and productively. Help patients and families adapt their environments, modify tasks, and use equipment to improve daily activity participation and quality of life. Maintain certification and complete required screenings while collaborating with partners to manage advanced illnesses. Join a team delivering home health, infusion, palliative, and hospice care nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy assistant with an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current State Certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant
- Valid Driver's License
- Current CPR, negative TB screen and Hepatitis consent/declination
- One year experience as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in an acute care setting
- Knowledge and Skills: Therapy skills as set forth in the Therapy Practice Act and other regulatory agencies
- Good interpersonal skills
