Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) - Home Health

Assist with the implementation of therapy plans of care under the direct supervision of a licensed OT. Manage delegation and direction of supportive personnel for assigned patients to enhance care services. Communicate regularly with supervising OTs to identify needs for assessment, reassessment, and modification of treatment plans. Participate in education for patients, families, students, coworkers, and self while performing other professional duties within the scope of practice. Requires current state licensure as a COTA, BLS certification, and a valid driver's license.
