Occupational Therapist Assistant-COTA Full-Time

Provide occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. Monitor resident progress, assist in instructing residents, caregivers, and staff in carryover exercises and safety techniques, accurately document therapy sessions, participate in care conferences and team meetings, ensure proper use of adaptive equipment, and foster a positive environment while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support residents’ independence and rehabilitation goals.
