Job Summary
Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for pediatric home health and community-based settings. Implements OT treatment plans to assist pediatric and young adult patients with physical, cognitive, sensory, and social-emotional needs, under supervision. Provides caregiver coaching to integrate therapeutic activities into daily routines; designs and instructs home exercise programs; documents care in an EMR; supports patient independence and ongoing care following discharge. Roles available as part-time or full-time positions in McKinney and Princeton, TX with comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities. Must hold Texas COTA license and CPR certification; at least 1 year of experience preferred. Location-specific: McKinney, TX and Princeton, TX with in-person visit requirements in home and community settings.
Required Qualifications
