Job Summary
The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) will implement pediatric occupational therapy treatment plans in the home and community, supporting physical, cognitive, sensory, and social-emotional development for children and young adults. Responsibilities include implementing therapy plans under supervision, coaching caregivers and families to carry over activities at home, designing home exercise programs post-discharge, and documenting care in an EMR system while maintaining confidentiality.
