Job Summary
Deliver pediatric occupational therapy in home and community settings as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA). Implement treatment plans under occupational therapist supervision, assist pediatric and young adult patients in physical, neurological, cognitive, sensory, feeding, ADL, and social-emotional development to maximize independence, educate and empower caregivers to integrate therapy into daily routines, design and instruct home exercise programs post-discharge, and document patient care in an electronic medical record while maintaining confidentiality. Role supports part-time and full-time schedules with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for mentorship and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Texas State COTA license
- Current CPR certification
