Job Summary
Deliver skilled COTA visits in the home under the supervising OT's plan of care, executing functional treatment plans for ADLs, safety, and adaptive equipment training. Track objective functional progress, communicate updates to the supervising OT, and coordinate with nursing to escalate safety concerns. Document visits promptly and thoroughly while utilizing AI Scribe for charting and managing a clear productivity-based compensation model. Work full-time Monday–Friday in the Galveston field pod with a current driver's license, supported by an experienced clinical team to minimize administrative burden.
Required Qualifications
- Active Texas COTA license (in good standing)
- Strong clinical judgment and comfort working independently in the field (within COTA scope and under OT supervision)
- Strong communication and documentation
- Current driver's license and comfort with daily travel across assigned territory
Desired Qualifications
- Prior home health experience
- EMR experience
