Occupational Therapist Assistant

Deliver therapy services planned and supervised by a qualified Occupational Therapist to help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence in their homes. Assist in implementing vocational and education programs to restore task performance, design or adapt equipment and living environments, and fabricate devices to improve function. Provide therapeutic treatment and instruction on adaptive equipment while reporting observations, documenting clinical notes, and preparing progress reports. Instruct patients and family members on home programs and participate in care coordination and discharge planning activities. Maintain documentation as required by the Company and facility.
