Job Summary

Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans. Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, educators, and families to support student success, while assisting with screenings, evaluations, and implementing interventions for fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills. Utilize adaptive equipment and assistive technology to meet individual needs, monitor progress, and maintain accurate documentation. Serve as a resource for school staff regarding occupational therapy services and participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification
  • Current or eligible for Vermont Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship

Desired Qualifications

  • Two or more years of pediatric or school-based occupational therapy experience preferred
