Job Summary
OT Assistant performs daily occupational therapy tasks under the Occupational Therapist, assisting in developing and implementing individualized OT care plans and helping patients achieve therapy goals; collaborates with the OT and care team to support residents in a Houston facility. FT rates start at $35/hr and may increase with experience; PRN rates start at $38/hr and may increase with experience. Benefits include 401k with match, paid holidays, PTO, family health insurance, and other voluntary benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Level of knowledge equivalent to an associate’s degree in occupational therapy assistant from an accredited college
- Current license / registration by state of hire as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
