Job Summary
Provide patient care and patient-related activities as directed by the Staff Therapist in accordance with established medical practices, governmental requirements, and company policies. Treat patients with kindness, dignity, and respect while ensuring their rights and personal property are protected. Comply with all company and departmental procedures and model a positive professional image that fosters teamwork among co-workers. Assist co-workers by sharing information useful to achieving desired results. Travel or float between facilities as determined by supervisor and patient needs. Maintain current registration/licensure as an Occupational Therapist Assistant and graduate from an accredited Assistant Program.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Assistant Program
- Successful completion of certificate/state licensure process for Physical or Occupational Therapy Assistants
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have current registration/licensure as Occupational Therapist Assistant
