Job Summary
Provide Occupational Therapist services in an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting, including conducting resident screenings, evaluating needs, developing and implementing treatment plans with short- and long-term goals, and communicating evaluation findings and recommendations to residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team. Ensure compliant documentation and billing per CMS expectations in NetHealth EMR systems. Requires a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy and an active New Jersey OT license, with ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Occupational Therapy license in New Jersey
- Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain licensure and certification
