Job Summary
Provide 1:1 occupational therapy intervention, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for children with developmental, behavioral, and learning needs. Create home exercise programs and maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation. Collaborate with psychologists, physical therapists, educators, and families while supporting children with autism in our ABA clinic. Attend multi-disciplinary meetings to coordinate care. Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and active Connecticut licensure required. Based at The Waverly Group Clinic in Old Greenwich, CT, this role offers a manageable caseload and opportunities to work across assessments and therapy within a multidisciplinary pediatric team.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapy licensure in Connecticut
- Experience with pediatric populations
- Strong desire to work as a collaborative and supportive member of multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership capabilities
- Interest in small group facilitation and development of programming
Desired Qualifications
- Sensory integration training or certification
