Occupational Therapist - APM Graduate Program

Graduate Occupational Therapist will perform office-based and vehicle ergonomic assessments, Activities of Daily Living assessments for equipment or household services, conduct worksite assessments to interpret physical demands and environment for return-to-work goals, complete functional capacity evaluations, collaborate with other health practitioners through case conferencing, and organise rehabilitation activities (e.g., Pilates, Hydrotherapy). The program provides 1-1 mentorship from a senior clinician, fortnightly technical training, professional development support, and a comprehensive salary benefits package. The role emphasizes contributing to client recovery and return-to-work outcomes while developing clinical and business acumen.
